Registration deadline for breakout sessions is Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Please review registration guidelines prior to registering. Guidelines are provided in an attempt to streamline the registration process for the 2000 students and facilitators attending. Thanks for your understanding and for adhering to these guidelines.

Registration Guidelines

  • Hands-On Sessions:  One (1) student per school may attend a session, with a maximum of 2 sessions per student

Three (3) rooms will be designated for hands-on sessions. Twenty computers will be available, each shared by two students, with a class maximum of 40. Please limit your students to two hands-on sessions each.

  • Presentation Students: Up to two (2) students per school may attend, with a maximum of 2 sessions per student
  • Presentation Facilitator: Up to two (2) facilitators per school with no maximum
  • Presentation Facilitator/Student: Up to two (2) individuals per school (facilitators and/or students) with a maximum of 2 sessions per individual

Please ensure that your team attends as many sessions as possible, to take as much information as you can back to you school. To secure a seat in an already-full class, arrive 10 minutes early and let the person at the door know you would like to be seated. If there have been cancellations or no-shows, seating may be available. Please discuss with your students the importance of attending all sessions for which they have registered, to avoid leaving empty seats that could have been filled.

Prerequisites: Some hands-on sessions have prerequisites. Please do not register for sessions that you do not qualify for based on the prerequisites.

Attendance Cards

At the end of each session, students will be given attendance cards. Facilitators, please collect these cards to check that students attended the sessions for which they were registered. Thanks!
